It has been an exiting past year indeed, with the restriction of socializing and not feeling the freedom of going out to actually talk to people face to face. One misses that.
To fill the void I have been reflecting on the blessings I do have and learned to do constructive things with my time. If it has not been for the internet and all the media platforms to connect "Face to Face" with family and friends, I do not know how I would stayed sane!!!
I am using my creativity in new exciting ideas of making use of this time at home. I am connecting with other's creativity to do develop mine.
I have joined an Online Book-Reading Club that has been focused on stories and self-development. The discussions it creates has brought the best in me.
Right now I am collaborating with family in putting my mother’s story into book-form as a lasting legacy for her five-generation descendants. This have been a therapeutic endeavour. It has proved to be a way to stay connected with family.
I have also joined online groups of like-minded people who are taking ownership of their health.
Weight Watchers helps in looking at our diets a different way and to maintain a healthy weight.
The top group is the Global Wellness Community, of which I have been part of for close to 20 years. Investing in a Wellness Home so many years ago has paid off. I realize this now, especially during this past year and going into another year of so much uncertainties.

The small choices one makes during their life-time will compound to where one finds themselves later in life.

This is a time to take seriously look at all the possibilities you have to make changes now, no matter what age you are. It is never too late to start. Open up to them and reach out and ask for help to where to start.
