The Business of Transforming Consciousnes

The Business of Transforming Consciousness - A way to create income through influence and impact was held in a beautiful White Rock BC setting. All through the two days the skies were graced with large eagle floating in circles over head. 

Michael DiMicco and Bo Tanas,  from Toronto, inspired everyone with their presentations. Many Nikken Consultants were present to learn and to share their testimonies and energy.

Ways of earning income  and the solution Nikken has through their Living a Balance Life in the 5 Pillars of Health Finances, Body, Mind, Family and Society was spelled out in detail.  

The Nikken Solution is to help people live in freedom by networking with others. 

Keeping an open mind is like a parachute - you can not land safely with it closed!   

The testimonies were heartwarming of how people's live have changed just by making a decision to choose the Nikken Products and Live their Life in Balance. 

On Friday evening we enjoyed a social and the talents of musicians. 

The Saturday's event finished by grounding in the yard with a view. It was time to express our appreciation for what we took from the day. The conclusion was a gratitude circle where we passed around  an eagle feather and took part in a drum ceremony.

Summer Hydration for Overall Health

Summer is here and everyone will be out to enjoy the warm weather. 

What are you drinking to stay hydrated?

Did you know that drinking plenty of water is extremely important and highly underrated even though dehydration is common and may have frightening consequences?

Since 50 to 70 percent of our boy mass is composed of water, including skin, tissues, cells and organs, water is essential for active Wellness.

When dehydration occurs, the body does not have enough water for its basic vital functions.

Watch for these symptoms of mild to moderate dehydration: 
  Increased thirst with dry mouth; decreased or lack in urine output; dry skin; tearlessness; leg         cramps; unusual feeling of fatigue or sleepiness; headaches; constipation. 

Symptoms of severe dehydration include:
    Light-headedness that stops you from standing or walking normally; drop in blood pressure (can     lead to shock); rapid heart rate; poor skin elasticity; actually passing out or blacking out; swollen hands, feet and legs; fever; lethargy and/or confusion
