Now that you know what you need to set up you In-Home Spa the following are the steps

Step One: Body Relaxation:

After a good nights rest in the Kenko^TM Sleep System with Kenko Powersleep^TM Mask your day spa experience, prepare the home for purification of the body and mind. Light unscented candles and put on meditative music.This will provide the ultimate relaxation that's a must in any spa- a rest at the completion of your treatment. 

Step Two: Nutrition:

Enjoy as a meal replacement before the spa treatment

Prepare a Smoothie:

2 scoops of Kenzen® Vital Balance^TM

1 oz of CIAGA^VTM

1/2 cup sliced banana or berries

1 serving of Jade GreenZymes®

1/2 cup ice

Mix ingredients in a blender until smooth. 

Step Three: Water Rejuvenation:

Steaming:

To prepare for a spa facial, cleanse the skin thoroughly. Steaming opens the pores, allowing impurities to be released. Fill a teakettle with PiMag® Water, let it come to a boil, fill a large bowl with the steaming water. Toss in your choice of fragrant herbs, such as chamomile or mint tea bags, a cinnamon stick, a few drops of tea tree or lavender oil. Lean over the bowl, staying about eight inches from the surface and steam for five minutes. Pat dry.

Facial Cleansing with True Elements® Skin Care Products:

1. Apply a small amount of Velvet Cleansing Milk to damp skin and massage gently using circular motions. Rinse with lukewarm PiMag® Water.
2. After washing apply a generous mount of Nutritional Mask to face and neck. Leave for ten minutes then rinse with a warm towel.
3. With a clean cotton pad apply Refreshing Tonic Lotion gently to face and knee with upward strokes.
4. Next apply a small amount of Youth Active Serum to face and neck.
5. After apply a small amount of Nourishing Face Cream to neck and face.
6. A pearl size of Youth Active Eye Serum can also be applied from the inside to the outside of the eyelid concentrating on the crow's feet.

Continue daily with the above routine in morning and evening to maintain a youthful look.

Rejuvenating Shower:

Step into a true spa-like shower, using the PiMag® MicoJet^TM Shower System It is the only shower design that combines redox filtration and PiMag® Technology. Herbal Tea Interlude/Spa Hydration:

Take a minute before the next step and have a cup of herbal tea. Throughout the spa experience, stay hydrated with lots of PiMag® Water. For a healthy drink Kenzen® Organic CIAGA^VTM can be used

Spa Iced Tea: Brew orange, raspberry, mint or chamomile tea, let cool and pour an ice- filled glass. Instead of sweetener add one ounce of CIAGA^VTM for a unique fusion of exotic fruit juice and herb flavour.

Spa Hydration: Fill an pitcher with PiMag® Water and ice. Add a slice of orange and lemon or cut spears of cucumber for essential hydration during treatment.
